Hyperliquid Price Prediction: HYPE Surges 8% After VanEck CEO Gives ‘Bullish’ Endorsement
The Hyperliquid price surged 8% after VanEck CEO Jan van Eck said on X that he is ”bullish” on the crypto’s ecosystem.
Van Eck praised Hyperliquid’s technology and also the platform’s decentralized governance model and strategic rollout, confirming that VanEck has been an active participant in the ecosystem in the recent past.
The company is set to contribute more to the project through research, governance participation, and future collaborations, van Eck said.
His statement comes at a time when traditional financial institutions are increasingly adopting decentralized platforms.
In other developments, Hyperliquid has recently said that it plans to use a validator vote to roll out its native USDH, which is a significant attraction for institutional interest.
Six different organizations have already submitted governance proposals.
Hyperliquid Price: Rising Channel Signals Strong Bullish Momentum

After that, the Hyperliquid price has been on a steady upward trend within a rising channel pattern.
The upper boundary of the ascending channel has acted as resistance multiple times, but the price of HYPE has successfully surged past the barrier.
Hyperliquid token has consistently respected higher Fibonacci levels, with the 0.786 retracement at $35.39 acting as a strong support in prior corrections.

HYPE Price Prediction: Key Indicators Point To Supportive Uptrend
The 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) is trending upwards and currently sits at $44.00. HYPE price action has consistently remained above this moving average, confirming medium-term bullish momentum. Meanwhile, the 200-day SMA ($30.86) is also trending upward, reinforcing the long-term bullish structure.
Moreover, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is currently at 68.29, placing it just below the overbought threshold of 70. This indicates intense buying pressure with space for moving higher up without being overextended.
If HYPE breaks above the current channel resistance near $55, the next logical target would be a sustained push into the $60–65 range, fueled by strong bullish momentum.
The bullish outlook comes as new capital allocations move toward the token. Lion Group Holding Ltd. disclosed plans to swap its Solana and Sui holdings into HYPE tokens.
According to popular crypto analyst on X, Ali Martinez, HYPE is poised for a new ATH at $67.
As the price of Hyperliquid surges, data from CoinGlass indicates that its Open Interest has soared to over $2.23 billion, which cements the overall bullish sentiment.

Arthur Hayes, co-founder of BitMex, also believes that HYPE has the ability to soar even higher.
However, if the bears take charge of the price movement, they could send the price back toward the 50-day SMA, around $44, for support.
