CoinDepo Sets New Yield Rates From November 8

CoinDepo is resetting the Daily and Annual yields on its interest accounts as of November 8, 2026. The new schedule ties the rates more tightly to the earnings each asset actually produces, and to how long clients leave funds in place.

Deposits are put to work in a combination of lending activities that generate the income used to pay client interest. At the close of Q2 2026, 37% of that capital was in overcollateralized cryptocurrency loans – and 24% was in microcredit programs. The rest was allocated across real-world and private-market holdings, liquidity pools, market-neutral trading strategies, and stablecoin yield strategies.

Those earnings cover the interest paid out, platform operating costs, and liquidity buffers; the activities carry market risk, counterparty risk, and credit risk.

Updated Rates

Daily yields will be reduced on every asset in the platform’s main 30-asset comparison table except EURC, which stays at 10%. USDT and USDC Daily yields move from 17% to 15%; Annual yields move from 23% to 22%. BTC and ETH Daily yields move from 12% to 11% while their Annual yields remain 18%. The gap between Daily and Annual yields across the table widens from six percentage points to seven.

The size of some changes will differ significantly; FIL’s Annual yield, for instance, will be adjusted from 18% to 12% under the revised longer-term conditions.

Commitment Length and Capital Use

Shorter deposits require a larger share of capital to stay liquid so withdrawals can be met quickly – and that leaves less capital available for the higher-returning lending and investment activities. Longer, steadier deposits allow more of the capital to be matched to those activities.

The wider spread between Daily and Annual yields reflects the greater degree of full deployment that becomes possible when clients commit for longer periods. Daily accounts will remain open for clients who need continuous access to their balances.

What Happens to Existing Accounts?

Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual accounts already open will continue at their present yields until the current term ends. The new yields apply only to accounts opened after November 8 and to accounts that renew after that date.

A full side-by-side comparison of the old and new yields is available in CoinDepo’s Earn rate update, along with the platform’s disclosures about the business activities that produce client interest.
