Best Crypto Presale: Will Bitcoin Hyper Break $33M This Week?
Bitcoin Hyper is now close enough to $33 million that the question may be settled by the end of the month. The Bitcoin-based Layer 2 project has raised approximately $32.97 million, leaving only a narrow distance between its current total and the presale milestone.
It arrives there during a bumpy week for the wider market, where Bitcoin and Ethereum have barely moved up and down a few percentage points over the last few days. Looking wider, CoinMarketCap places the total cryptocurrency market capitalization near $2.20 trillion, with Bitcoin dominance at 58%.
So Bitcoin remains crypto’s largest attractor of value, but that’s forgetting that Ethereum and Solana have become the places where much of the industry lives. Smart contracts, decentralized exchanges, lending markets, and consumer applications all grow elsewhere – in short, because Bitcoin’s base layer was never designed to accommodate fast transfers at scale.
That separation between Bitcoin and the rest of crypto is where Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER) has planted itself, raising nearly $33 million, and is currently priced at $0.01368, with the aim of bringing payments back to Bitcoin.
How Bitcoin Hyper Extends Bitcoin Beyond Its Base Layer
Bitcoin’s limitations are partly a consequence of its strengths. Its conservative architecture has preserved a network built around security, scarcity and decentralization. The other side of that is that it leaves the base chain processing roughly seven transactions per second – far too little for a global payments system or a busy application economy.
Bitcoin Hyper does not propose rewriting Bitcoin – but proposes building a separate Layer 2 environment intended to process activity at Solana-equivalent speeds before recording the relevant results back to Bitcoin’s settlement layer.
The project uses the Solana Virtual Machine to provide the execution environment, which gives developers access to an architecture designed for fast, inexpensive applications – while keeping Bitcoin as the final settlement layer. A canonical bridge lets users move BTC into the HYPER, where a corresponding value can be used for payments, trading and decentralized applications.
This is an important distinction – Bitcoin Hyper is not trying to make Bitcoin resemble Ethereum at the base-chain level. It purposely lets Bitcoin remain difficult to change while creating a faster world above it.
HYPER is used for transaction fees, staking – holders can already use the project’s staking platform, which offers 36% APY. Security audits from Coinsult and SpyWolf are available through the project website.
Could HYPER Become the Best Crypto Presale of 2026?
Breaking $33 million would not prove that Bitcoin Hyper can build a functioning Layer 2. It would prove something more immediate: the project has found a clear appetite before its network is fully open.
That appetite rests on a large potential market – Ethereum Layer 2s compete with Ethereum itself, other rollups and several fast Layer 1 networks. Bitcoin’s scaling economy is younger, and yet the underlying asset is larger than Ethereum by market capitalization. Just with an untapped application layer.

Bitcoin Hyper is saying that this imbalance will not last forever. Bitcoin became valuable because people trusted its rules. Its next period of growth may depend on letting those people use that value without asking the base chain to become something it was never built to be.
Buyers appear to understand the proposition: Bitcoin does not need to surrender its identity to become useful again. With audits complete, the next stage looks to be mainnet and exchange launches – that becomes the time when HYPER begins to walk.
Bitcoin’s Next Chapter May Be Built Above It
Satoshi Nakamoto described electronic cash, not an asset destined to sit untouched in institutional vaults. Bitcoin’s evolution into digital gold has been commercially powerful, but it left part of the original idea unfinished.
Bitcoin Hyper is attempting to recover that missing half without disturbing the foundation beneath it. When the presale crosses the next million mark, the milestone will reflect more than demand for another new token. It will show how strongly investors want Bitcoin to become a place where capital can move, build and participate again.
