$5M GTD, $1M Top Prize: Bitcoin Poker Site CoinPoker Unveils “The One” Tournament 

As the $50 million Global Online Poker Championship (GOPC) nears its end after five weeks of non-stop dramatic action, CoinPoker has already given players another major event to look forward to. 

Dubbed “The One,” this tournament carries a staggering $5 million prize pool, including a $1 million cash reward for the first-place finisher. 

Interestingly, satellites and freerolls that feed into the event will be live from September 28, the exact day the GOPC draws to a close. And “The One” itself will kick off on October 4, and run through October 12, 2026.

However, there is a cash refund of the $250 buy-in for every entry that makes it through Day 2, thanks to CoinPoker’s “Flight Buy-In Back” policy.

At the same time, CoinPoker plans to run a re-entry promo throughout the tournament, giving a free tournament ticket each day to three players who re-enter the most during the Day 1 flights. There will be a leaderboard for this promo, which will automatically reset at 00:00 UTC daily until the end of Day 1 flights.
