Best Crypto to Buy Now: MAXI Nears $5M as Robinhood Warms to Meme Coins
Robinhood built its new blockchain around tokenized stocks, but retail traders have quickly found another use for it: meme coins.
Robinhood Chain processed a record 5.52 million transactions on August 30, while decentralized exchange volume reached roughly $875 million. Apps on the network generated about $2.66 million in revenue in 24 hours, with meme coin trading tools GMGN and Pons responsible for around $2 million of that total. Users also launched approximately 22,600 new tokens through Pons in a single day.
Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev appears increasingly comfortable with that unexpected direction. After previously saying the network “works great for memes too,” Tenev responded with an ear emoji this week to a post calling for “Memecoins on Robinhood,” prompting speculation that the brokerage could eventually deepen its support for the sector.
The audience is there and, once again, a blockchain designed in part to move traditional assets on-chain is already seeing some of its heaviest use among traders launching and speculating on meme coins.
That gives the newest meme coin Maxi Doge (MAXI) an interesting market to approach – the bodybuilding Doge project, currently priced at $0.00028, has already raised $4.85 million before its first exchange listing, suggesting it will quickly find success when it hits global availability.
Robinhood Chain Shows Retail Trading Culture Is Moving On-Chain
Robinhood has been intertwined with speculative retail trading since the GameStop era, so perhaps it is not entirely surprising that its blockchain has developed a similar personality.
Meme coins have become one of Robinhood Chain’s biggest early sources of activity despite tokenized stocks being central to its original pitch. Cash Cat emerged as an early breakout token, while newer projects have turned WallStreetBets terminology, Robinhood references, and internet jokes into actively traded markets.
The scale has become difficult to dismiss as a niche experiment – on August 30, PONS alone generated about $67 million of trading volume across more than 135,000 trades, while Cash Cat recorded roughly $33 million.
It demonstrates how much economic activity an active community of speculative traders can create, and Maxi Doge is being designed around that behavior.
Its oversized Doge character combines two cultures that already share an obsession with gains, competition, and showing off results: crypto trading and the gym.
So instead of presenting MAXI as another dog token with a different hat, the project is building the competitive trader identity into what holders will eventually be able to do.
Maxi Doge Plans Trading Competitions After Its $4.85M Presale
Maxi Doge’s planned utility is deliberately focused on participation – the project intends to run MAXI contests with rewards for top ROI hunters, as well as partnerships with as-yet-unnannounced crypto futures platforms. Staking provides another use for the token, with current presale rewards offering 64% APY.
Those features fit particularly well with what is happening on Robinhood Chain – the latest boom is not being driven by traders patiently holding tokens in cold storage. Millions of transactions are coming from people actively launching tokens, swapping them, and rotating between speculative markets.
Maxi Doge wants to build a community where that competitive behavior continues – and it looks like there is a sizeable audience waiting, making it a candidate for the best crypto to buy now.

The presale has reached $4.85 million with MAXI priced at $0.00028, putting the project within touching distance of a psychologically useful $5 million milestone before public trading begins.
Its tokenomics also reserve 15% of supply for liquidity, intended to support DEX trading, while 25% goes to the Maxi Fund and 40% to marketing. Another 5% is allocated to staking rewards.
There is some conventional discipline beneath the intentionally loud branding, as MAXI’s smart contracts underwent reviews by SolidProof and Coinsult before launch.
Nearly $5 million in presale demand does not guarantee that MAXI will become the next breakout meme coin, but it gives MAXI Doge something many new tokens have to build toward after listing: a massive existing community eager to get started on social challenges.
Robinhood Chain’s explosive early activity offers a timely reminder of just how large the retail meme-trading economy can become when traders have somewhere new to congregate.
Maxi Doge argues that the same culture of competition, trading, has considerably further to run – and the gym-bro ethos seems to have caught on in 2026.
If MAXI can carry its $4.85 million presale community into exchange trading and turn planned competitions into sustained participation, it may be arriving just as major platforms are discovering that meme traders remain one of crypto’s largest audiences.
